Tips for the Application Process

All Families

Be sure your browser is up to date. We suggest Google Chrome or Firefox. Safari sometimes has issues with our application software.

Be sure to check the step-by-step instructions to find out what information you will need to apply.

Your application time will be the time the application is submitted not started, so be sure to have all information ready including two emergency contacts.

If you are applying for multiple siblings, all siblings will be given the application submitted time of the first application. Please note that siblings in the same grade will NOT be placed in the same cabin.

Historically the first and fourth sessions are a little easier to get into. The more flexible you are with session choices, the better chance you have of being offered a spot.

Starred questions are mandatory. Be sure to answer all mandatory questions to be able to move forward.

Returning Campers

If you are only looking for the same two-week session that your camper attended in 2025, there is no need to apply at 8am. You can apply anytime on the 3rd, and you are guaranteed for your two-week session.

Returning Campers trying to switch sessions, get a month, or have a new sister

You should apply as soon as it opens for the best chance.

A month option is sessions 1&2 or 3&4. A month stay is only available to current 6th graders and up.

If your child was accepted for a spot for the summer of 2025, but had to cancel, you may apply with the returning campers, but you are not guaranteed a spot.

Past Waitlisted Campers

Be sure to apply at 8am on November 5th. We will consider past waitlisted campers before accepting new campers.

New Campers

Be sure to enter your contact information on the household form prior to the application opening to save time. This can be done by requesting information using the link on our website. Choose the option to create an account/request information, choose summer 2026, complete the household form and hit submit. This can be done at any time prior to November 1st.
