Camp Huckins Refund/Cancellation Policy

The application fee due at the time of registration is non-refundable. Payment of camp fees is due in two installments.  The first half is due March 1. The  balance is due by May 1. If full payment is not received by May 1, you will be charged a $150 late

If you need to cancel your camper’s registration, please notify the Registrar as soon as possible.  Camp Huckins has a no-refund policy for camp fees after May 1st.  Camp will look at cancellations on a case by case basis until May 1st to determine if a refund may be considered.

No refunds will be issued if your camper leaves for any reason (voluntary or not) during a session.

Four Week Campers- if your daughter is accepted for four weeks and you cancel two weeks you will forfeit one $200 application fee.
