Step by Step Instructions for the Summer Application
Thank you for considering Camp Huckins in your child’s 2026 summer plans.
We are excited for our 99th summer season!

If you already have an account, you can sign in and test your password. If you do not have an account you will need to create an account. The link is open to allow you to create an account and enter your contact information. Doing this ahead of time will save you steps during the application process.
START A NEW APPLICATION
- Click Begin.
- Hit Continue on The Welcome Screen
**The application needs to be filled out by a legal guardian. If a legal guardian is not available to fill out the application please contact the office to discuss options.
Step 1: PEOPLE
- Click next to the names of all children you would like to complete an application for.
- Review their information and enter their current grade (grade they are attending today- November 2025)
- If no names are listed click add a child.
- Enter Child’s name, DOB and grade they are attending on November 1st. Click continue.
- Be sure to enter current grade. Applying for an incorrect grade could result in the loss of your child’s spot.
Step 2: SESSIONS

Click on show details for your first choice of one session. Then click add to cart.
Only choose one session.-
If you choose more than one session we will treat all choices equally. Meaning we will not give one session priority over another session. We will consider each session you chose as your first choice.

You will be able to choose a second choice on the Session and Tier choices form.

If applying for more than one child be sure you add a session to the cart under the tab for each child.

If applying for a month be sure the session you choose is the session your camper would like to attend if they are only accepted for two weeks.

Please note a month option is only available to campers that are currently in 6th grade and up.

Please check your cart summary to be sure you have selected the correct session and only one session per camper.

Once all applicants have a session selected you can click on Continue.
Step 3: FORMS
Household Form:
- Please complete all contact information including two emergency contacts and secondary household if needed (if camper resides in two separate households).
- If you have completed this form already, please click open form to review your information. Be sure nothing has changed (emails, cell phone, address). Click complete or update.
- When form is all set the box will turn green.
Summer Camp Application (Session and Tier choices)
Click on Open form
PAGE ONE
- Please confirm grade your child is currently attending (November 2025). Enter the name of their current school.
- If your first session choice is full please note if you would consider a second choice.
- If your camper is currently in 6th grade or higher and is interested in attending for a month please note that here.
- If offered a month you will be required to pay a $200 registration fee per session. If you then cancel one of the two week sessions you will forfeit the registration for that session.
PAGE TWO – TIER CHOICE
- Please choose the tier your family can afford to pay.
- If you plan to pay by card/Echeck, please note if you would like to support camp by covering the card/Echeck fees.
PAGE THREE – CONNECTIONS AND ADD’L INFO
- Connections:
- You will be asked a few questions to determine your child’s connections to Camp Huckins (returning, waitlisted, child of alumni, new…).
- Please note if your family is brand new to Huckins; this means you have never attended Huckins summer camp, never had a child apply to summer camp and never attended other Huckins programs(you or a child).
- Please tell us a few details about the connections you noted(ex. Attended mother/daughter, aunt attended, heard about it from friends, brother goes to Belknap.)
- Racial and Ethnic Identity

- Please select all choices that apply.

Once forms are completed hit continue.
Step 4: REVIEW AND SUBMIT
Once an application is completed for all campers please review and hit submit. Remember this is an application not a confirmation. Watch for a status email from Camp by the end of December.
You will be shown the application submitted confirmation page and receive a thank you for your application email.
Camp will review all applications and will contact everyone with an offer or waitlist notice by late December.
